Troubleshooting the Android TV app

To troubleshoot issues with Android TV:

  1. Restart the Android TV device.
  2. To check if there are any available updates for your device
  • Press the HOME button
  • Select Apps > Help > System software update 
  • Select Software update
  1. Uninstall and reinstall to see if there are any available updates for our application
  2. Log in and use the app again to see if you are experiencing the same issue.

If the problem persists, contact support with an image of your device's diagnostics, which you can find in Settings > Device Diagnostics, and an image or screen recording of the error you encountered.
