Troubleshooting Apple TV app

To troubleshoot issues with your Apple TV app:

  1. Restart the Apple TV device.
  2. Check for available updates to the device.
  3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if there are any available updates for your application.
  4. Log in again and check if you are still experiencing the issue.

If the problem persists, contact support with an image of your device's diagnostics, which you can find in Settings > Device Diagnostics, and an image or screen recording of the error you encountered.
