Troubleshooting the Xbox/Tizen TV app
To troubleshoot issues with your Xbox/Tizen TV app:
- Log out of the app, restart your device, and log back into the app.
If that doesn’t help:
- Exit the app, turn your device’s WiFi off and then on, and open the app again
- Check if there is a pending update for the app.
If updating your app doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling and downloading the app again.
If you have any internet filtering devices at your home (such as Disney Circle or Net Nanny), turn these off as they can cause video playback or connectivity issues.
If the problem persists, contact support and include the app version you are on, the device and model, and an image/screenshot of the error you encountered.
